Answers: I need help.
I always remember this movie that i watched when i was about seven. I don't remember much but i do remember some parts.
The cover had 2 kids flying on something. A carpet maybe?
Its a cartoon.
And i remember one part where the king got engulfed in a red and black cloud and that part scared me.
Anyway if anyone knows this movie?

Kids flying? "Escape To Witch Mountain" had a boy and a girl (Jodi Foster) with strange powers. They were being helped by an old man (Eddie Albert?) and made his car fly. No king that I recall, though.
