Sci-Fi fans help!?!
Question: Trying to remember the name of a 80's movie i once saw.what i remember may be from only one movie or two different ones.What I remember is a mix of about 5 characters on this one ship,they where each different ...some human,some different type of race. One actually was almost like a wookie looking character like chewie ,he was strong and in one scene used a unique silver metal ball that turned into a whip type weapon with another silver ball that he used to tangle the main actor up with in a fight ,possible if i remember he betrayed him near the end of the show.The next may be from the same movie or a different.There was a small boy that sneaked arbored the ship as it was docked,and he was the son of the main bad ruler in this movie and did not realize the boy had came onto the ship till little later in the movie.the ruler in one scene had a huge armada of ships blocking the escape of the good guy's ship.I think there was a girl human warrior that was a bad *** with a very sharp sword.

...the latter half of your very enigmatic description sounds very much like the 1983 Roger Corman-produced, 'Star Wars' knock-off, called "Space Raiders"; the little boy tipped me off, as well as the subsequecent badass, sword-welding babe...

The first one sounds like "Farscape". the second, I'm not familiar with
Some of that sounds like "Starcrash" (1979) aka "Stella Star" aka "The Adventures of Stella Star", which starred Caroline Munro. (Oops! I got ahead of myself on another film. I doubt that you would have seen "Galaxina".)

YouTube has a number of scenes from the film I think. You'll notice that there is a towering, silver, robot-woman with a sword.
