Answers: Should I buy the DVD "Trouble in tokyo"? I mean... Since it is a movie, does it have a good animation with action and humourous scenes and good dialogues and all that stuff???? Or is it just like a long regular episode???

well personally I hate the Teen Titans it's a stupid baby show it's retarded but I assume that it has better animation and all the other stuff you said they do it with cartoon movies so people can't say it's just a regular episode with 2 and a half hours of run time and an extended plot so if they do that people will be more pleased with it (by the way if you a kid between the age of 1-10 I'm sorry for the baby show remark lots of kids between the ages of 1-10 watch that show heck I used to)
