I absolutely loved the movie.I have fond memories of Hectors songs growing up.All the parties in Panama played his music,everybody was dancing to his hits.God rest his soul.

I absolutely loved the movie.I have fond memories of Hectors songs growing up.All the parties in Panama played his music,everybody was dancing to his hits.God rest his soul. im a boricua so i love the damn movie it ws awesome and jennifer and marc anthony fukin did good in the movie i personally loved it and i think if ur puerto rican u will really appreciate this movie dont listen to white ppl when they say its not good cus they dont even know who the hell hector lavoe is iT WUZ SOOO BAD!!!! I thought it wuz goin to be about his CAREER, not him doin drugs all the time! this movie makes Hispanics look bad, it makes it seem like all Hispanics do is drugs. idk what happened to Puchi, she wuz so ghetto. I luv Hector Lavoe's music, but this movie really disappointed me.
