I LOVE this movie! I went to see it so many times that, one day when no one else showed up, they ran it just for me! They also gave me the poster and lobby cards. Yes, this was way, way back when it was first in the theaters. I was working night shift and could only go to matinee showings.
Edward Albert joked that he deserved an Academy Award for acting as if he couldn't see Goldie running around in bra and panties! *giggle* He is such a beautiful man and was absolutely gorgeous in this film!
Eileen Heckart won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar if I recall.
