I am looking for 4 man crew to work with in the next few months. If you were to start up your crew what would you be looking for?

Answers: It all depends on what the job is. You may not need a computer whiz or a wheelman. You will need brains, but the rest would depend on what was needed for a specific job (i.e. safecracker, pickpocket, etc.) a computer wiz, a weapons expert, brains, braun an accountant to crook the books
a computer expert to hack into anything
a wheelman to drive you out of any situation
and muscle...

if your the fith, you better be the brains...
