I first seen this movie in the 1990's....it wasnt a cartoon....but it featured a robot that looks very similar to "Wall-E" on yahoo's front page featuring pixar's new movie. I remember that he was a good robot...and he was scared of the meaner robots like him with red eyes. I cant remember descriptions of the people that were in the movie........I cant really recall much...but it was like a real robot that looked just like Wall-E only a lot bigger.
