What is the name of that movie (possible late 80's early 90's movie) where it has a flashback and it shows a little girl who's being forced to feed her sick sister soup and the girl is dying...

I asked my co-worker and she thought it was Flowers in the Attic as well. But I thought it was Pet Sematary and two other people have mentioned it, so that must be what it is.
