Did you see "Knocked Up"?!

Question:

Did you see "Knocked Up"?

I was really looking forward to it. I love Katherine Heigl and it got SUCH good reviews. I bought it and my husband and I watched it last night. I hated it. Really. It was stupid and offensive. The constant use of the "F" word detracted from the entire plot. Anyone else have feelings about it like this?

Even the kids I know don't puntuate an entire convo with the "F" word. yeah I saw it too, and I heard that it was a very good movie, so I had big expectations.

I like it, but only to see it once, i mean there is movies that you like and you buy or you see more than twice, well this one wont make my collection

It was funny, but the language and the guys constantly getting high it was just not appealing to me....

there was only 2 scenes that made me laugh very loud. I didn't see this movie for exactly that reason. If my kids can't watch it, then we don't. I never saw it. The guy MADE her take a DNA test and not just take her word for it, right?! She was a random hook-up, was she not?! No, but you should've known it could have language in it because it is not rated. Yeah, maybe I'm getting old but the language kind of killed it for me too. They were swearing so much it became pointless after a while.

I'm really surprised it made so much at the box office. I thought it was about a 6 out of 10. I was happy I rented it off a redbox and only paid $1. I HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH EVERYONE, I WATCHED THIS THE OTHER NIGHT, AND I REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS HILARIOUS!

IT WAS PREDICATABLE, BUT BECAUSE IT WASNT SO SWEET AND CORNY LIKE MOST OF THE PREDICTABLE FILMS LIKE THIS, AND BECAUSE IT SURPRISED EVERYONE BY THE LANGUAGE AND STUFF LIKE THAT, I THOUGHT IT MADE IT MUCH BETTER THAN MOST OTHER COMEDIES!

A BIT OF LANGUAGE NOW AND AGAIN REMINDS US THAT PEOPLE ARE NORMAL!!
U KNOW!

10/10 IN MY BOOK!! To be honest I haven't bothered watching it. I grew up in A military family so cursing doesn't bother me but its just not my thing ... And now I'm defentally not going to bother watching it I thought it was really disappointing. I didn't mind the language but it just wasn't all that funny to me - seemed more like a soap opera than a comedy. I agree with you about Katherine Heigl - she's a very appealing actress. I also like Seth Rogen - thought he was hilarious in 'The 40 Year Old Virgin'.

I think that it just didn't live up to the expectations that I had after reading all the reviews.
