Why does Miranda want Snoop Dogg at her table in the Devil Wears Prada?
I really like this movie, even though it's kind of old now but everytime I watch it, we get to that same scene where Miranda tells Andy she is going through a divorce and she tells Andie to replace her to-be-X-husband's seat with Snoop Dogg. Is she refferring to the rapper?
-Why would he be at a fashion magazine celebration?
-Why would Miranda want him at her table?
-Why of all famous people (ecspecially those within the fashion network) would she say snoop dogg? -She could have said anyone else, and she said a rapper?
I'm so confussed.
Answers: I think it was really just for laughs. Possible reasoning would be that he would make her appear more young and hip. As far as why he would be there, celebrities often attend parties hosted by fashion magazines, including Mr. Snoop Dogg. I dunno, I just figured it was because a lot of teens like him, and it might get more to read the magazine that don't already.
