What happened after Matrix Revolutions??
I just watched again the movie and it intrigues me to know if it was released a book or something that tells the events after the movie, do you know??
Answers: The Animatrix came after it to explain a little more about the trilogy. Also, a videogame came out. There are some novels on it. You can look in your bookstore. They explain in detail about The matrix. There was peace between the humans and machines for 105 years. After that the machines rebelled and came after them again.
Neo, who we all thought was dead, was actually permanently embedded in the Matrix...... I don't want to spoil it for you, so that's all I'm saying. I think the movie basically says there was a truce between men and the machines where the machines agreed to free any people who wanted out of the Matrix. I've never heard of any continuing story in any medium.
Have you seen The Animatrix? It's 9 animated shorts that fill in some of the back and side stories about The Matrix universe. I've seen about half of them. I'm pretty sure you can buy the DVD from Amazon, or you might be able to find some of the episodes online. Check out in the TV guide.
