Does anyone know the name of this movie?
Its has these two guy who are the main characters. The main main character talks in a funny sounding voice all the time. He looks kind of desheveled. They have a horse in their apartment. They also have a party in their apartment and its trashed afterwards. The movies I think is from the 80's. I could be wrong on the time frame. The main actor with the funny voice is in other movies I believe. The movie is a comedy, its very funny. I know this isn't a lot of information on the movie but if anyone knows the movie or the actor please let me know. Thanks

EDIT: I think the post above this one has a possible answer: Bobcat Goldthwait! He completely slipped my mind~which is a good thing I guess. He finally stopped using that voice and started using a real name. Only, in "Hot to Trot", the horse speaks, and you didn't mention a talking horse. Goldthwait DOES have a weirder voice than Eddie Deezen although I suppose Eddie's is his true voice.
