I am looking for an old movie (I think it was made in the 80's if not earlier)
I remember the movie plot:

The move is half animated and half real, it is Mickey Mouse's birthday, everyone is in the middle of preparing his birthday party when Mickey Mouse is rude to some old guy who turns out to be a wizard, in order to teach Mickey a lesson, he turns Mickey into a "no one" so people can see him but they can not recognize him. The entire country goes into a frantic search to find the missing Mickey Mouse (it's on the news and every thing), at the end Mickey learns some humility and the wizard removes the spell just in time for his birthday, somewhere in the middle of the movie they all sing the song "it's my party" (I can cry if I want to).

That's it… please help me find the name of the movie – I grew up with that movie and I just have to find it!!!
