What's the name of this movie I saw on the Disney Channel?
There was this movie I saw several years ago that interested me; this was probably before the year 2000. I don't remember the names of any characters, but I'll try to describe it to the best of my ability. This movie most likely came out in the '90s, maybe '80s. It is most likely rated G or PG. Here are the few details I remember:
1. It somehow involves a boy and a girl, both about teenaged, being transported to a fantasy world involving some sort of Arabian desert.
2. Two lines that I remember for some reason: "Haagen-Dazs" by the boy while walking through a desert, and "The entrance is heavily guarded" by the girl (don't remember the exact context).
3. For some reason, I think I remember the boy working at a pizza shop in his home world (I might be thinking of a different movie...)

might be Crossworlds with Rutger Hauer. He
played the villain in the movie, he was also after
a staff with a crystal embedded in the tip of it.
This boy & girl were trying to stop him, they wound
up in the desert where there was a tent. That's all
