How was it that, that woman got that curse in the first place? Did the witch dr randomly choosed her to grow itself on her?
Answers: By my recollection, that's what's implied, yes. The old shaman was simply ready to come back into the world, and just picked an available body to grow out of. Been a while since I've seen the whole thing, though.
