Does anyone know the name of the prison in the film face off?

I think it's the one in san francisco but i'm not sure...can anyone please help?

also in the credits of the movie the last few mentions of the credits tell where the locations are as well..

i think it was a stage set, since it was like an oil barge station he jumped off... when escaping... and no prisons are built like that...

otherwise the last two posts have the name of th eprison in the moive..
