Help with very old horror movie- Adam's Family ripoff?

This movie was from the 70's and could be a foreign movie. Its a rip-off of The Adams Family tv show in that many of the characters look like the Adams Family.Here are some scenes from the movie: a group of teens go to a creepy house and it gets crazy after that....a lady who looks like Morticia eats a rat that she caught in a trap, a long hairy thing with lots of teeth attacks a guy on a sofa, a man-eating plant eats up a nosey neighbor, a wall of scuplted hands(for hanging hats and coats) on a wall attacks an unsuspecting teen. This was shown on one of those "Creature Feature" type tv shows. Ring any bells for anyone?

It was released in 1972 and was directed by one of horror's worst - Staten Island's own guerilla moviemaker, Andy Milligan.

FOLLOW-UP:

Well, it's been a number of years since I've seen it, but I'm fairly certain I've named the right movie. Let me do a little hunting on the WWW and see if I can find something to back up my memory.
