Help me with the name of this older movie. I think it was shot in the 80's?
I don't remember who was in the movie, but I remember thinking it was really cool, and would like to catch it again. The movie is about this group of people that live in a rural, kinda forested area, and the town gets invaded by, maybe russian forces? So these group of kids has to defend against them. One of the early scenes of the movie involves some of the characters hunting and when they get a deer, they make the new hunter eat the fresh heart, because that is what hunters do. I also remember them hiding in a field under some grass and when the forces come near them, they ambush them. Anyways, I know thats not a lot of detail, but if this movie sounds familiar to anyone, please let me now.
