Why does frankiefive angels not testify against michael corleone in the movie godfather 2?
In godfather 2 Frankie five angels is going testify but why does he change his mind?
frankie pantelgini sees his brother but why does he not testify against michael corleone. Then michaels wife later asks what did you do to make him not testify. he doesnt answer her. was the truth cut out of the movie i read the original was five hours but got edited down.
Answers:
2 schools of thought:
1. he thought that if he testified that they would kill his brother.
2. he saw his brother who had integrity sitting next to and supporting micheal and felt overcome with the need to protect the family.
personally i thought it was #2 since he came and left on his own accord.
