i do and people still stays i;m childish. i just haven't grown out of it yet.

umm no one that I know of anyways, but it doesnt mean its not normal. Everyone at some point is interested in something that may appear childish even if they're not one, & i guess for you its bratz/barbie shows
It obviously must not bother u that much anyway since other people know & you r posting this so it isn't that big of a deal
I still watch rugrats whenever I get the chance! lol and I'm 16
