The Place of Lions - can you buy this.. ANYWHERE?

I've been searching high and low for this movie for years now. It was made for TV in 1997, based on a book of the same name. I've e-mailed / called several "video detective" operations - none of them have been able to find the movie, either through their collectors or commertially. The director, Audrey Cooke, seems to be a small TV show/TV movie director. I'd contact him or the company he worked under, but that information seems impossible to find.
Knowing this, do you have any suggestions that would help my search (that don't involve eBay or similar auction sites?)?

.. I realize it's listed on imdb. There is no new information there, and nothing that helps me.

It does seem rather difficult to find, although I note that one school in Missouri apparently has the movie, because it's on a list of "books into movies" on their website. But...I can't find any holdings in WorldCat, so I doubt you could borrow it through a public library.

My only other suggestions are to contact the author of the book, Eric Campbell, to see whether he has any ideas:

Or, possibly try to contact Audrey Cooke through WGBH, the Boston PBS affiliate. Cooke directed "Speedy Death" for Masterpiece Theatre, one the shows produced by WGBH. Their address is:
