Help with weight loss & weight training?
ok. Heres my story:
im 17 years old, 173cm tall, 63 kilos
About 8 months ago i was 75 kilos. i have lost 12 kilos since then. I lost it by eating healthy, i wouldn't touch any junk food or anything high in fat, sugar etc... i ate healthy and all, but i didnt go for jogs, or do much excercise, which was required to lose weight. well i did d some excercise.. i play tennis 3 times per week, soccer once a week and did light weights every 2nd or 3rd day. Now, i have a skinny upper body, but a larger than everage lower body. I want to know what i can do to lose weight or just get smaller in my legs and butt. Whats the best thing to do? below is a website with images of me, as you can see in these images, i need to do some weight training to build muscle in my upper body, but you can see my lower body is quite big.

i would say also that i need to buy some more weights, because the light weights dont do much.

get weight training advice from a personal trainer. Be careful you dont get caught up in all the loosing weei ght hype. Good luck..t
