Answers:
Hermione and Harry are just very good friends. As of the end of Book 6, the pairings are very likely to be Harry & Ginny (Ron's little sister) and Ron & Hermione.
Harry and Ginny were dating for a while in Book 6, but they're on hold for the moment, while Harry gets on with the business of rubbing out You-Know-Who. Ron and Hermione are actually not quite there yet, but they've been moving toward it all through the first six books. Unless one or both of them gets killed in Book 7, I would be extremely surprised if they didn't get together in the end.
