I just saw the new hp movie and i didnt really understand it. I have seen all the others but it was hard to follow. Can someone explain it to me?

your problem lies in the obvious fact that you have not read the book (have you?) because if you have, you wouldn't complain of not understanding the movie but of how much was left out.

why did harry kept dreaming of the graveyard and the ministry of magic rooms? because when voldemort tried to kill him and failed, the very act created a "bond" between them and harry, unknowingly, gets glimpses of voldemort's plans which at the end of the movie he maximized by letting harry "see" sirius being tortured by voldemort in the room of propheries.
this bond was the reason why dumbledore seemed to "snub" harry throughout the movie. he was afraid that voldemort might see through him through harry. gets? also why he instructed snape to teach harry occlumency instead of him teaching harry himself.
there's alot more but unless you tell me the parts you don't understand, i might end up rewriting in my own words JK Rowling's 870-page book.
