What is the correct format for a movie script?!

What is the correct format for a movie script?
I recently sent a movie script out to an agent and he declined it because it wasnt in script format. He wrote that the correct format for scripts is 18, Courier or Times New Roman. Now I fixed it up and 18 is too big, I recently had size 10 and now my script is 221 pages long instead of 118. Can someone give me an example of what a script is supposed to look like or is the agent right?
