in real life when he died i mean. i'm saying he played ablus dlumbdore in the movie

i dont know.
but i dont think it wud have come as a surprise because it was expected.
apparently richard harris was quite a nice person so i expect, yes people from the cast would have gone to his funeral.
a very sad loss.
