i need it my the opening of the next hp book i am blonde(like i said) so the costume has to be a blonde person i need wht to wear and other assesories!HELP

im assuming u r a girl...but i really dont know that...anyway fleur would be good just wear lots of sparkly makeup and dress kinda slutty lol, but what i really think would be cool is Luna Lovegood. shes blonde, u can make ur hair wavy (gel and scrunch it) and wear something crazy that doesnt match, and the Luna actress actually mad her own raddish earrings so maybe u could too...somehow...and take a magazine and draw a Quibbler and hold it upside down and stick a wand behind ur ear
