You probably can. But it's illegal and the studios are trying to combat this kind of thing. So on the offchance that you get caught, they may want to make an example of you.
The ironic thing about this is that pirating hurts the independent small filmmakers who can't afford to pursue pirates. Studios that make Harry Potter won't be hurt by it, but they fight it because they want to make even more money.
