In the beginning of Full Metal Jacket...?

I watched Full Metal Jacket (again) the other night but I noticed something...A Joaquin Phoenix Cameo? In the beginning when the sargeant is walking through the barracks and the men are standing at their bunks I could swore I saw a young Joaquin Phoenix is this true? (He is one of the last recruits they show, he has no speaking role so it is not credited)

I know he was 13 but I've also read that Stanley Kubrick had a weird taste for young actors. I'm telling you it has got to be him.

It's not shown in his filmography on imdb.com, but I suppose that doesn't mean it can't be true.
