Identify this movie for me? [possibly a European film]?

Seriously dont answer if you dont know. I started watching it a few minutes after it began. There was a blonde woman waiting for the last train at a subway station. She falls asleep, when she wakes up she's the only one left at the station. All the exits and entrances were locked. She starts to panick, but then a train arrives. Releived, she gets on. She's the only person on the train. Then she sees a guy friend of hers [I'm guessing] he grabs her and tries to rape her. But then one of the doors to the train opens and something grabs him. He appears to be bloody and then dissapears. The blonde woman panicks, gets off the train and goes back to the station. Trying to find help.

Skip towards the climax of the movie. There's some kind of monster man that lives underground right by the subway station. He keeps living people in his lair, and cuts them up for fun. Before he was some kind of patient at a hospital for special kids.

Honestly I thought you were describin the pilot episode to "Beauty and the beast" the 80's t.v. show starring linda hamilton.
