I think Harry was stunned by Hermione's beauty at the Yule Ball. It was definitely a change of pace for Hermione to dress up really nice because there weren't really a lot of opportunities (if any) to attend formal get-togethers. I think in the Goblet of Fire, Harry definitely was interested in Cho but never really got the opportunity to ask Cho to the ball before Cedric did. Then, I think Harry started to lose interest in Cho (after the kiss) after Cho was defending Marietta's betrayal to Dumbledore's Army. Harry definitely is interested in Ginny and I think Ron and Hermione are going to hook up.
