There are loads. I like "Torrentspy" because you can see the file size, type and other peoples' comments. You need to have a downloader program-BitComet/BitLord(there are others) and VLC player. Use good quality antivirus software and do regular(daily) registry cleaning.
The quality of "Latest"movies is set by how long they have been released. Unless you are lucky and find a copy of an industry advance, at first there will only be handheld available until a DVD is released. Even so, these can be surprisingly good quality.
