How do you reach the special features/deleted scenes on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003 DVD?

My copy is a 2-disc special edition. It came in special packaging with a metal slip/shield. If you have the same one I do, all the special features are on the second disc. Even though it looks like you can access them on disc one, you really can't. If you only bought a single disc version, the factory may have goofed and given you the wrong disc and it should have been in the 2-disc packages and you got jibed, or maybe there are no special feature that way?!?
