What is the title of this 1960's or '70's movie?!

What is the title of this 1960's or '70's movie?

I've seen little clips from a movie that looks very sixties, and I'd like to know the title, and any other information. There are two main characters: the man's character is named Paul, and the actress who plays the leading lady's last name is Fonda. In this movie, she has red hair. At the end, they are both on the roof of a building, and Paul is about to fall off a glass roof, but the lady saves him.

This is probably really obvious or famous, but I don't know what it's from--help?
