Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix???

please be the critic and review it for me, I haven't seen it yet!

being an adaptation from such a l-o-n-g book, it was always going to be a difficult film to make. There's more characters being introduced and if you are fond of those characters: Tonks, Bellatrix etc. then you might be a bit dissapointed that they don't get a lot of screentime. Similarly, if you really like lupin, sirius or snape you'll be dissapointed. Because there is so much going on in the story, the whole film seems rushed, despite the 2 and a half hours run-time.

I always say this about films adapted from books i enjoy, but the book is better. And I always feel that there was too much emphasis on flowery film-making than to a faithful telling of the story. I was so dissapointed by the film's rushed handling of the occlumency lessons and the 'Snape's Worst Memory' scene. the actors thet had for the younger marauders and young snape were so good for the parts, i'd really liked to have seen more of that .

There are good points to the film so don't let anything said here put you off going to see it at the theatre. Luna is superb, Neville is made of awesome, Lucius is brilliant and Imelda Staunton is amazing as Umbridge.
