Netflix - We lost a movie - What will this cost me?
We lost a Netflix movie - has anyone ever done this? What was the cost? Did you just have to contact them and tell them what happened?

The movie was a NG movie on Whales.
Answers:
Theres a link on the Netflix page where you can report a missing DVD. Usually (if you're not a brand new customer) they will just say "Oh well" and offer to send you a replacement. I've done this a couple times and they are always very understanding and never charge me a dime for the lost DVD.
