Messers, Mooney, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs?!

Messers, Mooney, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs?
I'm a fan of the Harry Potter movies and yesterday I saw Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix yesterday and I realized the names on the Madrauder's Map are the nicknames of some of the characters: Sirius Black is Padfoot, Peter Pettigrew is Wormtail, and even though it's not mentioned, I'm guessing Remus Lupin is Mooney. But who are the other two? Messers and Prongs?
I haven't read any of the books (I plan to, but I haven't gotten around to it yet) and I was just wondering if this is mentioned in the books as it isn't in the movies thus far.
