Please help with movie title?

Hi, I am looking for the title of a movie that I think was made in the 1990's. I think it has the word stranger in the title. It's about this woman who's being stalked and there's a scene where she's at the cemetery laying flowers down and this person comes up behind her all in black and tries to stab her. And then it turns out the woman's new boyfriend is the actual stalker.

I know it's not much but it's driving me crazy as I can't remember the name of the film. Please help!
