How do i get a pixar short film to play on my ipod that i downloaded from itunes?
the film shows up on my itunes library and on my ipod movies menu but will not play.

if you downloaded an mp4 from itunes it should be able to play on your iPod as well. I would make sure that is actually what the file name includes. (example: .mp4, .mp3, .avi, .wma...etc) If the file name for the short film is any other than .mp4, then chances are you need to reformat from it's current format.
Apple iTunes and iPod will not coincide with any other format. And since you say it will play on your iTunes library, but not your iPod...then there may be a corruption with that particular file. It may not be a harmful corruption to your computer's security, though. It could, quite possibly, be just a missing frame or whatever have you in the file itself. Don't panic! lol! just contact iTunes and let them know the situation.
