Did anybody else think the hype about the new Harry Potter movie was exaggerated?
I just came home from watching the new Potter movie and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed.
They have always left out large parts of the books and I completely understand that this is necessary, but in this one I just had the feeling they left out too much. There were several persons and plots you could only understand if you had read the book.
After all this I cannot help thinking that the hype about the movie was way too big. It was by far not as good as the others. Not even remotely as exciting as the others.
What do you guys think about this?

Yes, i totally agree with you! I've talked to so many people who loved it and i don't see how they could have enjoyed it that much when most of the plot was missing.
