Okay, I do believe I've figured it out. From the first link below (which is a full account of the actual murders that the movie is based on), the killers names are listed as: Pierre Dale Selby and William Andrews.
Now going to the 2nd link (imdb), which gives the full cast and crew names, we find that some of the names have been altered for the movie...including the 2 killers. Their names (in the movie) are: Andrews (played by Tommy Morgan Jr.), and Dale Pierre (played by Lance Slaughter).
