There's a 50/50 chance that she will appear in the 6th movie, because in the book she appears only on the train where Harry sees her. Since that was her last year at Hogwarts, she might not be in the 7th film/book. But since she said that she wished to help Harry fight the Death Eaters and Voldemort, she might return in the 7th film/book. That's because she wants to avenge Cedric Diggory. In the 5th film, she gives out the location of where the D.A. meets, under the influence of Veritaserum. That means we can't blame her for revealing the secret of the D.A. But still, Harry didn't forgive her. But I like the idea of Harry+Cho more than Harry+Ginny. Katie Leung did a great job in her role and I hope she will be in the 6th and 7th movie. Harry should have got back with her, but that would not follow the plot of the story.
