The plot isn't very complicated so it's easy to watch, and the Transformers look awesome. Shia LeBouf (the kid who bought Bumblebee) does a great job and keeps things flowing pretty well. I don't think the Transformers themselves had enough lines or character development, but I guess they could do that in the next movie.
I think the best thing about the movie is that you don't have to be a big Sci-Fi or Transformers nerd to love this movie.
Overall I'd give it an A-. It's a little biased because I love Transformers, though.
