Matchpoint and Snatch actor?

The actor that I'm thinking of played one of the detectives in the movie Matchpoint. He reminded me of the guy that got his head stuck in the window of Tony's car in Snatch. Is that the same actor?

I saw the picture and thats definitely him. He was Mullet in Snatch.
