Can you tell me the name of this movie from i think the 90's?
It has a french actor ( or a man with a french accent) and a teenage girl. it takes place somewhere tropical with palm trees and a beach. the gir is a pathelogical lier and falls in love with this guy and tells him her dad is her boyfriend( i think). it has been a long time and was one of my fav movies growing up. but i was like 12 and want to see it again to se if it was actually as good as i remember.lol so if you know what movie i am talking about please let me know! thanks!!
