its over a summer break and theres a girl who works at a club place with all these rich teenagers and this rich girl takes the other girl under her wings and makes her popular and tries to plot against her. the rich girl is really pretty dark hir light eyes.. i think the other girls name is nicole the has blonde hair and she looks just like her sister who either died or went away. it was a nineties movie i think maybe 2000.
