no offence but when you make over 100 million off of a documentary then i think you have credit in the movie business .

Moore has made a name for himself with his very anti-Bush documentaries. And since he is still in office, Bush would have little reason to go do a film with him when he knows all Moore will do is ask questions on topics and insult Bush's intelligence at every turn.
Now in 4-5 years, maybe.
