Movie Reviews...?
...or more specifically the reviewers.
Do you think they are given incentives for a good review of a "popular" movie even tho its not all that great?
And do you know of any really honest review websites I can check out?

Rotten Tomatoes or Yahoo Movies. You can find reviews of all kinds on these sites. I'd have to say, though, that the most honest reviewers are either Peter Travers from Rolling Stone or the Time Magazine film reviewer (can't remember his name). There's also the reviews from FilmCritic.com, which should be decent since they're an independent website.
To answer your question more specifically, I don't think that they're given incentives. If they did receive them, then practically every mainstream film out there would get like an A+. If the majority of critics gives a film a good review, then the film must have some merit, at least.
