Does Blockbuster buy used DVDs? If so, how much?!

Question:

Does Blockbuster buy used DVDs? If so, how much?

Answers:

You can trade in DVDs at Blockbuster and get store credit. Here is how it works:

The DVD must be in good condition and it must have its original cover art. You also must have a Blockbuster account in order to trade, or you must be on someone else's account. The main card holder of the account must come in with their ID in order to set up their account as a "trade" account. There's actually some legal stuff that goes along with trading, so you have to sign some documents basically saying that the stuff you are trading is your, that it's not stolen, and that you won't ask for it back after you trade it. After you sign the paperwork and set up the account as a trade account, you can trade in your DVDs and games for store credit. You get different amounts for different items, and some items you can't trade in at all (either because Blockbuster doesn't carry it, or because Blockbuster has already accepted too many trades of that item). You can either have the store credit placed on your account at that store, or you can have the credit put on a value card and use it at a different location.

Hope I was helpful.
