It's not in the credits who played the wheelchair patient but it looks and sounds like Harland Williams. Does anyone know how I could find out for sure? I have already checked the imdb and it doesn't tell there either.

Thank you crash for your help but Rob Schneider only played one part in that movie. 10 second Tom was played by Allen Covert and whoever played the wheelchair patient it's not credited. It looks and sounds like Harland Williams though.
